1. Method Cash reserves the right to terminate any account at anytime without notice.
2. You must be of legal age to join and promote our sites.
3. Only one account is allowed per company or organization.
4. We do not accept webmasters using non adult freehosts such as geocities, tripod, and angelfire.
5. We reserve the right to deny any webmaster admittance into our program for using illegal content, if the webmaster is located in a high fraud area, or for any other reason. Method Cash accepts All Language traffic.
6. By signing up you understand and acknowledge that Method Cash v3 can and most likely will send out emails (newsletter) to all webmasters that join.
7. You may link to any of our banners from our server, if you wish.
8. E-mail spamming is strictly prohibited unless your list is double opt in.
9. Method Cash will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.
10. We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!
11. Method Cash v3 reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.
12. We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason. We reserve the right to change the payout rate with a 3 day notice.
Fraudulent Activities.
If you attempt to defraud our system by generating false or fraudulent hits or sign-ups, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We monitor all hits and sign-ups to ensure they are not generated falsely. Subsequently, should we be notified by our billing companies of any suspected fraud on your account, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notification. If you signup to a paysite using your own linking code, we will consider your account to be fraud and you will not be paid at all.
Rules On Traffic.
You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein.
Sending any hits from any URL's that contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of the Administration will result in the IMMEDIATE cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, warez, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails, Mp3, unlicensed content or any other site we deem illegal. We do not give second chance when dealing with webmasters who promote these kinds of sites, and consider it a serious issue which only harms our industry!
How You Get Paid.
Payments are mailed twice monthly. There is a minimum check amount before a partner will receive a check. The partners will receive a check once their total equals or exceeds the amount of $50.00, or the minimum payout amount for your payment type (i.e. check, ePassporte etc)
Webcam usage.
MethodCash does on certain sites, contain a "free bonus" webcam feed. At the current time, webmasters are NOT paid for this, if the surfer they happen to send, uses that service. We do this to help entice surfers to join our service. If you feel this is too much of a "traffic leak" for you, then our service is not for you.
Checks are mailed out to partners on the 3rd and 17th of each month. The pay periods are from 1st - 15th and 16th- EOM..
All funds are paid in U.S. funds.
